Registered Nurse liasion resigning
We will be making some new changes in the next few weeks. Our Registered Nurse liasion, Ritu Macias BSN, has been with Hearts of Ireland since 2010 and the time has come for her to move on in her career and educational endeavors. Ritu and her husband, James who also worked with our agency as CNA, have been like family to us here at Hearts of Ireland. As some of you may know Ritu relocated sometime last year and has been communting quite a distance since then. Now that she and her family have settled Ritu will be leaving as of May 16, 2012. We wish Ritu and her family all the best and thank them for all the love and devotion they've shown to their clients and to our caregivers. We certainly will miss you!!!
On another note, we want to welcome Florence Barclay, BSN who will be taking Ritu's place and will be starting next week. Some of you may know Florence from BANA (Baltimore Academy of Nurse Assistants). Florence is the owner and chief instructor as well as owner of her own independent home care agency. We look forward to the opportunity to work with Florence and feel confident she is going to make a wonderful asset to our team. Florence's knowledge of the home care industry and her experience in the clinical setting makes her the most suitable candidate and we would like to say a special "thank you" for taking on this role as our new Registered Nurse Liasion! Welcome aboard Florence!!!!
